DERBISIEH (DERBASIA): This prison camp was located in the Vilayet of Aleppo, near the Zerka River, seventy-one miles southeast of Ourfa and sixty-five miles southwest of Nisibin in northwestern Mesopotamia. The Turks incarcerated British and Indian prisoners of war in this town during the war.
